TimeTracker requirements

Create a class to track time available for recording CD.

Need to be able to:

1. Create a TimeTracker with a specified amout of time (allow to be specified in minutes or hours and minutes).

2. Subtract time of a given song and indicate if not enough time left.

3. Provide amount of time used on CD.

4. Provide amount of time left on CD.
