[GR-Jug] Bounce Messages

There have been a number of accounts disabled due to excessive bouncing.
This can be because of vacation messages as well as full mailboxes.  I have
enabled all accounts and will be watching for future bounces.  MailMan, the
list software we use, will send reminders and tests and finally delete
members who continue to bounce.  This helps us maintain valid email
addresses and not waste Internet bandwidth attempting to deliver to
addresses which no longer exist.  Please be sure to disable Vacation
response messages to this list and keep your mail accounts free for new
mail, so you can continue to receive list mail.
