minor mailing list changes

I've removed some annoyances:
 - shorter name (GR-JUG instead of Grand Rapids Java Users Group Mailing
List)
 - subject prefix [GR-Jug]
 - header prepended to the body of all messages

I will be working on getting the archives indexed by google.  Until
recently, gr-jug.org had a robots.txt blocking all spiders from all
pages.  I've fixed that, but the list archives still aren't getting
spidered/indexed.
