minor mailing list changes

Just a note on subject prefixes:
Some people appreciate them so as to categorize mail and prioritize reading
it, as well as being able to sort by subject, which brings all list mail
together.
I have always had JUG mail come directly to my Inbox rather than filtering and
filing it immediately. Without the subject prefix, I'm more likely to filter
it, which lessens the chance I'll get around to reading it.
Just my $0.02.
