[GR-Jug] meeting date/time change

One of the things we (Carlus Henry, Dan Diephouse, myself) discussed
last night was changing the meeting date & time.  (Carlus will be
posting a summary with other info later).  Based on an earlier thread
(see http://gr-jug.org/pipermail/jug/2006/date.html#210) it sounded like
more people could attend on Tuesdays at an "earlier" time.  This sounded
good to us.

3rd Tuesday of the month
    5:30 networking
    5:45 meeting starts

Does anyone have conflicts with that, or better ideas?  We're a pretty
small group currently, so we can try to accommodate everyone.
