The mailing list is still quite active, although they may not currently

I was thinking that we could send a short email to each group or group
leader, just to tell them that we're linking to them and to ask if
they'd also put links to all the local users groups on their site.  I
think it's a good easy way to help build awareness for all the UGs in
West MI.
