[GR-Jug] GR-JUG facelift

The Lug is quite active.  They are in talks about becoming more
active.  Like regular meetings, and so forth.  The last meeting was a
few weeks ago.

The Website hasn't been touched, except to add a link to
http://wiki.grlug.org/ which, until we have someone who wants/has time
to work on the home page, will be the main web presence.
