[GR-Jug] server, mailing lists restored

[Dave Brondsema]

After some trouble with the gr-jug.org server, we restaged the machine.
 It took some time, but everything should be functional again.  (Thanks,
Matt, for doing the majority of work on this)

Last month's presentation was postponed, due to the server downtime and
so it can be even better this month!
