[GR-Jug] Struts GA Release

I'd be interested in hearing about the reasons for using struts.  It seems
like Ruby on Rails has kicked off a much needed focus on ease/speed of
programming.  How does Struts compare to the current crop of easy to use
frameworks, RoR, Grails, Django, and others.
